CMC NEWSLETTER ADVERTISING POLICIES - Effective 05/14/08

About the Newsletter

The newsletter is bi-monthly and distributed electronically to the CMC membership (approximately 200 households in Chelmsford and the surrounding communities). It is sent out on or around the 25^th of the month. It is also archived in the Members’ only, password-protected, section of our website.

Pricing

Member Pricing:

	Per Issue	Annually
Business Card-Sized Ad	$3 per issue	$15 per year
1/4 Page Age	$5 per issue	$25 per year

Non-Member Pricing:

	Per Issue	Annually
Business Card-Sized Ad	$7 per issue	$35 per year
1/4 Page Age	$12 per issue	$60 per year

Delivery Options

· Email ad in .GIF or .JPEG format to news_editor@chelmsfordmothersclub.org

· Mail the ad to: The Chelmsford Mothers’ Club, PO Box 393, Chelmsford, MA 01824

Deadline

All ads MUST be received (payment and ad) by the 10^thof the month prior to publication.

Deadlines are as follows:

Payment

· Check payable to: The Chelmsford Mothers’ Club

· Payment Mailing address: The Chelmsford Mothers’ Club, PO Box 393, Chelmsford, MA 01824

· If a member does not renew membership, non-member rate payment is due effective the following (September) issue.

· There are no refunds on your ad pre-payments, but you may “give away” your ad space (i.e. to a friend’s business, a different business you own, etc.) by providing us with written (mail/email) approval.

Other Notes

· The newsletter editor reserves the right to refuse any advertising for any reason.

· Ad space is limited to 10 ads per issue. Member ads are given preference. The newsletter editor highly recommends submitting your ad as far in advance as possible.

· CMC members will have private online access to newsletters archives, including advertisements.

· Advertisers requesting a copy of the newsletter featuring their ad may receive a .pdf copy after publish date.

· Please note that general edits on articles and ads may be necessary due to space limitations, grammatical error, etc. The newsletter editor only edit as necessary without altering the overall content or meaning.
